SERIES 1 ONLY – Bowflex Nautilus 552 Dumbbells Replacement Handle Parts Discs

All of these parts have been used and are in good condition with normal wear but no damage and all function properly. They are all authentic genuine Nautilus / Bowflex parts and no 3D printed parts. Please refer to pics for the exact item you are purchasing. Each part will fit the left or right side of the series 1 dumbbell. Please note : some of these are Nautilus branded items who is also the maker of Bowflex products. The original Nautilus dumbbells are the same as the Bowflex SelectTech 552 Series 1. The branding is a little different and all parts are interchangeable with each other but some may look slightly different. These parts will NOT work with the Bowflex SelectTech 552 series 2. The difference between the two is the series 1 have a gray tab and the series 2 have a red tab. Each order includes only one item with the exception of the the springs/bearings (two each included). Please see my other listings. I have new and used parts for the 552 Series 2 and new parts for the 1090 model. Instructions – These are very simple to take apart and put back together. There is a few videos on YouTube (search “repair Bowflex dumbbells”) that show how to do this. The videos may show the 552 or the 1090 models but they are pretty much the same. Just be careful not to lose the springs or bearings when taking apart. There is a total of four bearings and four springs for each handle or two each for each side of the handle. For both the 552 and 1090 models you will only need TWO ratchets and TWO 19mm sockets (dont need to be deep) to change out most parts. If you are changing out the Tab or the Inner End Cap you will need a Hex T-8 bit. The only places there are some very light oil/grease is on the main rod/shaft and on each side of the metal disc. Again, its very light so its up to you if you would like to add any to it while repairing. Hey all! New seller here attempting my hand at this thing. Bowflex 552 Dumbbell SelectTech Replacement Springs Bearing Washers Handle Part

This sale is for replacement springs, bearings and washers for Bowflex 552 and are all original OEM Bowflex parts. Includes everything pictured which is four springs, four bearings and two plastic washers. Please note – this will only fit on the 552 model (Series 1 or 2) and will not fit on any others. The newest models made by Bowflex have washers that are black and not clear. So you may receive either black or clear plastic washers.
